From June 16 to 18, 2006, KC held a seminar on Church Government at Kledang Community Chapel which was an outreach work of Elim Gospel Hall, Ipoh. It is now a fully independent assembly soon coming to its tenth year of assembly growth. It has a congregation of about 80 believers gathered together every Lord's Day to remember the Lord. At the moment, it has only one elder, Mr. Leong Sea Fook, after one stepped down last year. They are praying and hoping that the Lord will soon raise another one to replace him. Hence, the seminar on Church Government to make the believers aware of this need and to recognise those whom the Spirit has appointed. They have a number of deacons and a commended worker to help administer the assembly. Believers from neighbouring assemblies such as Elim Gospel Hall, Batu Gajah Gospel Hall and Kuala Kangsar Gospel Hall also joined the seminar. Accompanying this, are photos of the assembly hall and some seminar and fellowship photos over meals. |
